    i file my first salary loan january.22 until now i hav been waiting svi din sakin ng ngassist skin ok na wait for the tx ng pagibig wala ako nrreceived first wik of february ngfollow ako at pmunta ako svi d pa dw ngemail na dw cla etc.en now wala pa..
    very poor service lalo na sa telephone operator kundi busy d cnasagot or else nghhntay ka ng 15mins after nio mgusap tpos d kna bblikan

      Mam.parehas po tyu ng problema dyan s sm aura pag ibig brach.ako nga po dec 7.2017
      Hanggang ngayon wala pa po yung loan ko.sbi nila 3 to 5 days lng.
      Abot n po ng 5buwan wala p rin.sobrang bagal nila

    March 5 nagpunta ako ng Pag-ibig SM Aura pra mag file ng Multi purpose Loan. Ang nag assist sakin is si PATRICK (un kc ang nabasa ko sa ID nya khit sa malayuan)… naverify nya n ang lahat. Dahil sa naghahang ang system nila sa sobrang bagal, hindi n nya natapos ang pag input ng bago kong citicard # sa system nila.. ang nasabi nya na lang is OK N YAN MA’AM, sa FRI (Mar 9) PWEDE NYO NA YAN ICHECK, MAY LAMAN N YUNG ATM NYO!!!. Umasa ako ok na yung atm ko,dumaan ang FRI,,, buong araw akong nag check ng ATM ko, kht gabi wala nmn pumasok na loan amount ko… tumawag ako sa hotline ng pag-ibig ang sabi sakin ng CS is wala nmn daw akong bagong loan sa knila… kaya wala daw pumapasok na amount na loan ko sa ATM.

    NAG FILE AKO NG LOAN KC KAILANGAN YAN NG MAGULANG KO!!!

    KUNG MABAGAL ANG SYSTEM NYO, CGURADUHIN NYO LANG NA MAGIGING OK NA UNG PINAPROCESS NYO N LOAN PRA HINDI UMAASA ANG MGA TAO NA MAY PERA SILA, UMALIS NA AKO SA HARAPAN NYA KASI SABI NYA OK NA LOAN KO.

    First of all, Pag ibig Hotline 724-4244 is totally useless when chasing consolidation/ Transfer of record update. Their system only shows your last call with them including a useless reference number that they often provide you to enlighten you. Apparently, neither transfer of records I filed on our Pagibig branch last February 8 2018 does not reflect on their system at all, totally USELESS! Not even a slight update on my PENDING multi purpose Loan I filed way back Nov 28 2017, they will just apologize up to their nerves! System migration/ merging of records whatever you reason out… come’on for the Love of God! Do you even care about your members. No update till now from PAGIBIG SM AURA as what was promised to me by one of your staff. Even your corporate number 422-3000 with 2 local numbers are totally USELESS and waste of time. I’m Guessing that I need to go back to SM AURA once again and ends up telling me that I forgot to add my signature or requires you to vent out at one of the counter to let them know how frustrating- inconvenient and how incompetent the system is.Kudos to SM AURA PAGIBIG- KUDOS to PAG IBIG Kapitolyo branch as well. A huge double KUDOS to your Pag ibig Hotline 724-4244.

    very poor service..numbers are always busy or no one is picking up the phone….cosolidation took almost 2moths…no update from pag ibig…they said just wait for 3 to 4 weeks for consiladation but its almost 2 months still nothing happen…you are a government office you u should improve your service..very bad experience at pag ibig sm aura…

    • SOOOOOOOOOOO TRUE! What a very incompetent government institution. Probably not only this, but most government agencies. No wonder the quality and integrity of government employees are not that’s being observed. Poor management, poor leaders, poor service… that is Philippine service.

    Hi Pag Ibig Personel, I do have a concerned with regards on my delay of releasing my first loan in Pag-IBig.. done submitting all the requirements last Nov. 9 2017 just this year, got my cash card at the same time..However, seemingly this is still pending for your approval??? It appears 1 month or more of processing???.. On my end I do followup via Pag Ibig hotline and give me a ticket number as a reference considering that they sent you the same concern..still for followup? And just received a comment that NO one answer from your end??.. Aside from the time consuming processing of sending a followup I do go to your Branch at SM aura just to ensure what specific cause of the delay…take note the personnel ensure that this is ready for approval and I gonna received the amount to be deposit on my cash card account the same week knowing the entire amount which is just 80% of the my entire accumulated Pag Ibig fund I PAY on working…. Do you have the most probable date when this is surely released…. cause its too much waste of time going on the brance back and then cause you have the Initial statement of releasing the Pag Ibig Fund.. It wasnt reasonable to delay any processing at the 1st place…Take note its Dec 18 now and still without notification received. Whom I should Escalate after this????..

    paibig branch in sm aura is the worst. i went there to file a multi purpose loan last nov 17, 2017. the guy who assisted me check all the requirements and said its good. after a week i follow up the status of my loan and they said it was denied because of the missing signature so i fixed it that day and submitted it again. they don’t have any initiave to text or call me about the problem. after another week i follow up again and i spoke to one of the manager and he mention that there is a nationwide system upgrade. i asked him about the time frame when i will received my loan. he can’t give me answer. my wife also file a loan last nov 22, 2017 at ayala branch and after a week she received the money she was given time frame even though their is an ongoing nationwide system upgrade.

      same here.. sa sm aura din ako.. ako, October pa 2017.. up until now wala pa rin.. gnyan dn,meh additional doc needed, wala mn lng pasabi..txt or wat.. kng dko pa pinuntahan, dko pa malalaman.. den naayos ko na,nbgay q na ung kulang..ang sabi, pde daw e email sila kng ano man.. nag email ako to ffup.. walang reply.. twice nko nag email.. kalokohan.. palitan nlng nila mga tauhan nila kng ganyan.. nag aabang lng ng sahod mga yon.. hays

    I went to SM Aura Branch today since I received a text last Wednesday that I can already claim my cashcard. Upon arrival, I inquired with the guard on duty beside the conceirge should I still have to get a number to claim my cashcard he even ask me if I was texted and gave me a number for payment and releasing on counter 7/8 and I was 20th on the line! Apparently, releasing of cashcard is on counter 9 which has no number and has a separate line!!! I even skipped my lunch just to waste my time falling in line. If not with an unattended guard, my agenda would have been accomplished!!!

    Gud morning po ask ko lng po ung multipurpose loan ko ilang days po ba ang process kc po sept.4 po me ng pasa ng form meron na po me receipt hanggang ngyn po wla pa laman ang atm ko.slmat po!

    I’m working as a call center agent and i was asked to consolidate my contributions so i can apply for a mul5i purpose loan. My question is, do i really need to visit sm aura branch where my current employer is registered? Or can i do it at a different pag ibig office near my place? Thanks
