    Good evening ma’am/sir
My name is Maica Mikaela Gacias. A student in New Era University majoring in accountancy. Our professor gave us an assignment to conduct an interview to the agency of our choice.
According to the Philippine Media. Our country is having difficulty in managing our water resource which causes our country men unreasonable anger towards the government since not all can understand the hardships of managing a country.
In relation to this, I humbly wish to ask a few questions to deepen my understanding of your agency.Thank you so much for your kind and consideration.

    Good afternoon Sir / Ma’am,

I would like to inquire with regards to the standard water rates per cubic meter in the province. Thus the rate of water depends on the size of the water line connection and the volume of water consumption? Please provide me standard rate for the commercial establishment.

    Thank you,

    Erwin T. Pascua

    To whom it may concern,

    Greetings of peace!

May we inquire from your good office if one private company has the right to install a pumping machine in their own lot for their own consumption which said pumping machine obviously affects and resulting to ab-normalize the regular flows of the two(2) existing free flowing which serve as main source of drinking water of the community?

May we also inquire of what are the following government regulations they must need to comply / secure before the construction/installation of said pumping machine?

Thank you and we are hoping for your favorable response to this query of ours.

    God bless.

    Very truly yours,

Mr. Cabais and concerned citizens of
