    good evening gusto ko lang po mag complain regarding sa super poor service ng smart buddy.palaging wealang signal at palaging no network tapos yung mga promo nila di totot like all out 30 unli fb daw halong oner day lang tapos palagi pa walang signal sana po ma action po itong issue na to palagi nnalng nilka sinasabi aayusin nmga ilang taon po kaya sayang yung niloload ng consumer ..

    Good day. I’ve been a loyal customer of GLOBE for quite some time now and yet my issue for a year is not resolved. It’s a pain in the ass!!! No one seems to listen and understand. They only seem to be trained in answering questions in order to respond. My line is disconnected due to their stupidity!!!!

    I just had a nice conversation with one of your staff, named Sam, to whom I told my problem with Globe, to which I am subscriber here in Sunny Villas Condo project, Aside from a call I get reminding me of my overdue payment to which I vehemently denied, considering that their courier always bring my bill late for almost a week or so from its due date,so that I am being penalized upon receipt. This is not an isolated problem, but a perennial one, even if I make several calls to as much as 3 or more call agents, aside from their billing department, and always get a response that they will taken care of it, and even removed the penalty. Yet, the same problem always come, a late delivery of the bill, and continues to be penalized. Since I am already 87 years of age, a senior, and afflicted with osteoarthritis and CIPD,I could no longer travel, so I am expected to talk with the Globe representative this Thursday March 30, between the hours of 1-3 pm.

    this is to formalizes my complaint regarding on my plan “home ultera fun plan 699” my account number is 770073928 with SRN number 9986700682. i have no outstanding balance and as of feb 24, 2017 my total amount due is -5.00 and my bill due date is feb 28, 2017. my usages detail for the month of feb 2017 is feb 6 to march 5, 2017 with volume allowance of 30gigabytes (every month).

    here is my complaint starting feb 15, 2017 my internet services was being cut off by PLDT but based on my usage and together with PLDT websites “https://my.pldthome.com/Home/optOverview#” i did’t totally consume my monthly volume allowance. and based on my computation my total usage is 1,555.87 Megabytes or 1.55 Gigabytes but my plan or monthly volume allowance is 30 gigabytes and 28,444.13 megabytes or 28.44 gigabytes is should be available. because of this incident i decided to call the customer hotline of PLDT with telephone no 02-6727277 on feb 21, 2017 around 1:41pm with reference number 828210965 and the customer service told me that i already used my monthly volume allowance of 30 gigabytes. but i explain to her that it impossible that i can use the whole 30 gigabytes for the period of one week. but she insist again that all my volume allowance is alreadyused. then i asked her why on PLDT websites its show that my volume allowance is not yet totally consume. but she dint believe me because based on her system/pldt system i dont have any volume allowance. please see below my usage per day “basis is from PLDT website “https://my.pldthome.com””.

    no usage from Feb 5 to Feb 8, 2017

    and on the same day feb 21, 2017 around 7:56pm i called PLDT hotline / customer caren with reference number 828347238. i discuss again my concern regarding on my volume allowance, but the PLDT customer service representative told me that my volume is already consume. and i asked her on what can i do and what is the next step on how to check my account . she told me that there is no other way for me to check my account and she told me even i visit the PLDT Branch they will answer me the same ” that i already used my monthly volume allowance”. after that i decided to talked to the supervisor of PLDT Customer Care hotline her name is MS. Neonora Ramirez. i discuss concern to her regarding on my volume allowance. and how these thing happen. i told her based on my computation in dint consume all my volume allowance, she told me that my concern is subject for technical checking.

    after few days i called the PLDT Again because as of now feb 24, 2017 my internet services is not yet restore. here is my reference number 829452043. i discuss my concern to the pldt customer service representative. and i asked her what is the status of my complaint reference number 828210965 and 828347238. she told me that my volume allowance is not yet consume (coverage of volume allowance is feb 6 to mar 5, 2017) and my volume allowance is not reset on feb 5, 2017. and PLDT are still Checking what is the reason why my account is not reset on feb 5, 2017 (monthly volume allowance is not refresh or back to 30 GB). a asked her when they will reactivate my internet services. PLDT Customer Service representative told me that MS. Neonora Ramimez not around and she is the right person to discuss what happen to my account.

    to Commissioner of National Telecommunications Commission i’m asking for help and a thorough investigation on my complaint and why this incident occur and what is the possible solution that this incident will not happen again

    i hope someone from PLDT Executive will able to read this message as i have been a very loyal customer but im being ripped off because of this experience

    Greetings,

    This is just to inform you with the hope something can be done about the
    most rotten broadband service by the PLDT company smarbro.net.

    Since now for more than one week my and others Internet connection has been
    cut-off apparently due to some defect at the service station which in my
    case is at Victoria Homes, Muntinlupa.

    Complains go unheeded. Is this company so incompetent that they cannot
    fix a defect for one week or do they just not care.

    I conduct some business over the Internet and have lost by now several
    thousand Pesos.

    This is an absolute disgrace to the nation. Other nations strive for
    good and fast broadband here we seem to have the opposite.
