    Good day! I would like to ask for an advise about my problem sir/ma’am. My phone LCD screen broke after i put it in my pocket while im travelling home from school. My phone is only a year old and i was given one year of warranty and that i’ve also bought another one year warranty extension. I brought the phone to the authorized service center for them to fix it. Everything is already settled at that time, they agreed to fix it and coordinate with the insurance company but after a day, the service center called telling us that they cant fix it anymore due to a resoldered part on my phone. They said it was tampered. I went back to the center claiming i never had my phone fixed before and it was my first time letting it be fixed by someone which is the authorized service center. So i went back to the store where i bought the phone and asked for assistance. They are claiming too that there are no fixing history happened to the phone and it was brand new when they sold it to me. I surrender the phone to the store two months ago but they still didnt give me a good feedback about it. I dont know what should I do. I hope you could help me with this. Thankyou.
