    Goodafternoon po I am a loyal PLDT landline subscriber Telepwede tel #02 2725542. I have been using this landline for more than ten years with very minor problem/issues. Last August 2017 my line was totally dead when we reported the matter to PLDT Faiview Terraces Branch we were informed the there was a major cable problem. It will take time before it will be repaired. We made several reports and follow -up only to be advised to wait for a repair to be scheduled. Last November 2017 we made another follow up and was advised to reload. The load will be creditted ones the repair was made. We made several folloow up to be advised to wait for service. On February 2017 we were advised that our line was scheduled for repair Feb. 13, 2017. No repair,was made another follow up and finally it was repaired we have a dial tone but cannot recieve nor call another line. However, we could connect and talk to pldt holine 171. When we made an inquiry we were informed that the line has benn permanently diconnected because we did not load the unit. It was unthinkable that they made a repair the phone has a dialtone and it was disconnected. We made seveal appeal stating that we were not informed that we are suppose to load monthly on a non functional; line, we were just informed to wait for the repair. To date they informed us that the line is permanently disconnected and cannot be reinstated because of system issues. WE TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS PLDT WHO DID NOT DO ITS REPAIR AND WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT WE MUST RELAOD CONTINOUSLY ON A DEAD PHONE. I Kept on isisting that if i was negligent on loading a working phoneline then it is really my fault and they have a right to disconnect a line but it was PLDT who was negligent to provide the necessary service. An 87 years old woman is the user of the said phone she is having a problem using a celphone. We were advice to secure and pay for another line.

    • i called ntc last time they said you have to send 2 valid i.d of the owner of lost gadget, affidavit of loss signed and notarized by a lawyer, proof of ownership ex. receipt or box where you can find the EMEI of the lost gadget through email. or you can visit directly sa ntc to submit the complete requirements.
