    Good morning Sir/Madam,

May I know the procedure how to get back my money being borrowed by my neighbor who promise to pay it a year after. She left now to work in U.S.A. and forget the promises as what stated in her signed documents? Her family still living in Philippines. She is directly hired to work in U.S.A. w/out any agent in Philippines.

    B rgds,
    Rey Lombres
