   I became to know NICA director Ret. Gen. Ricardo De Leon during his assignment as Provincial Commander of then Philippine Constabulary based at Sibulan, Negros Oriental. I was one of the active Civilian Agents led by Sgt. Ben Honiredez(Rip). Our team the Regional Security Unit 7 was instrumental in capturing the public enemy No. 1 kumander Jun Duran on the late ,80’s. I would like to personally meet Dir. De Leon, to discuss with him How I and my team can help.I am now based in Palawan with deep networking intelligence group.
