    Likewise we have been experience to disconnect our water line services, but then we able to paid our all balance including the miscellaneous fee (water reconnection fee) dated may 7, 2015. but then up to now there are no respond although i have been follow up from time to time… MAYNILAD please can we fast track our concern. I’m looking forward your immediate action! Thank you.

    I am a Maynilad customers whose water service has been disconnected. I applied for a reconnection and was able to pay what was ask of me on May 1, 2015. Upon payment I immediately informed your hotline and gave them the details of my payment. Since a new meter was to be installed I was informed that it will take one to two weeks to be reconnected but as of today no one from your office has come to install the new meter. Frequent follow-ups has been made but everytime I was able to talk to your customer hotline different feedbacks has been given to me. We needed the water to be installed immediately since we have small kids who depended on your service. Kindly give immediate action on my request as soon as possibel.

    Ano po ba ang ginagawa nyo na aksyon sa mga uri ng reklamo tungkol sa mga iligal na gawain sa pagnnakaw at pagkkabit sa inyong linya ng tubig?
