Sa mga pogi enquiring about “for Final Evaluation” and they have appointment date nevertheless no update given by Marina. Eto po answer sa mga inquiry na yan based on my experienced and suggest you should do also.
Option 1
– Go to nearest Marina office and tell them about your status sa Mismo.
(I have only reach the Marina guard on duty and he told me to write my name, SRN, and COP applied for. He told me that it is mostly the problem today. He also informed me that with me that Marina will call the Manila office and follow on the status of my application. Indeed, I have seen around 10 seafarer on that sheet of paper that I have wrote in. The accommodating guard on duty also gave the number of that Marina office in case I have not received any call or update from Marina by that day.)
The next day, I received text and email from Marina that my applcation has been approved and ready for payment.
FYI: I was informed that all COP are processed in Manila Main Office. Needless to say, regional offices cannot do nothing about it except follow up on our application. Also, all COPs are non-appearance in case somebody are still doubting Mismo all going online. Except probably if Marina requires you to prove your documents, only then you need to appear in person with required docs.
Option 2
– Open your Mismo account and go to “Contact Us” and go to FOR CERTIFICATION RELATED (MON TO FRI 8:00AM TO 5:00PM)

– Call that number above..Be PATIENT IF YOU CANNOT REACH THEM ON YOUR FIRST CALL. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE NEEDING HELP. Keep trying until you are connected.
– after you reach them, the process is like Option 1, only that you are already talking to the Main Office.
(I was asked by the operator for my SRN number and what kind of COP application. After which she told me that she will remind the Evaluator of my application.)
The next day, I received text and email from Marina that my applcation has been approved and ready for payment.

Good day. I was scheduled for evaluation Dec.06,2022 but I was rejected due to not encoded of my medical..I contacted the Clinic and they said they already encoded my medical certificate in my Mismo Account…and I resubmitted it again…How many days to approved my request?or How many days I will wait for the final evaluation?

gudeve po.Halimbawang pong hindi nkapunta si marino sa araw ng appointment nya pra sa release ng cop nya dhil nakaisolate na cla, pupwede po bang mg authorize nlng cia ng ibang pwede kumuha dhil on board na cia?
Nangyari po sakin yan last year. Hindi ko narelease ung mga cop ko for btref at pscrb ref. Sinabi ko s crewing manager kc nkaonboard nako. Kya hiningan nila ako ng authorization letter at crew list na may master stamp. Sinend kopo via messenger. Ble ung liaison officer ng agency ang naglakad. Nung may sumampa new crew sa barko nmin dala nya ung mga cop ko…
