    Good day, In behalf of a waterworks organization here in Talaga, Argao, Cebu, I Corazon Sawey would like to ask if Talaga Bogo Rural and Sanitation Association (TABORWASA) – Reg.No. 001128 if this is still an existing registered account. Do we have to re-apply/renew on our registration/accreditation or the said waterworks is registered/accredited for lifetime? Thank you.

    Merry Christmiss: Yes, plenty to express. For the past several years, we never receive adequate water. Our ministry has suffered loss due to no water for cooking, cleaning, laundry, showers, etc. Years ago, Christmiss and other holidays normally 35-40 people here however, with no water, we no longer can accommodate anyone… This is in super short… Once we have communication with you we can continue and request an investigation… as to not only our water needs but also the needs of the other people located Poblacion, Proper, Taytay 5312 Palawan, PH….

    Sincerely,

    Bishop Paul Woolford

    Earlier this year, 2015, as a concerned citizen, I sent a letter of inquiry regarding residents’ concerns and complaints against PAGWAD (Pagsanjan (Laguna) Water District) on the safety and quality of tap water delivered to its residents. I submitted facebook comments and photos certifying those claims.

    On May 15, 2015, I received a copy of a cover letter of endorsement directed and written to Engr Alex Paguio, signed by Administrator Andres F. Ibarra, bearing the official seal sign of LWUA.

    I would like to follow-up on PAGWAD response or further action towards solving the concerns forwarded therein.

    On July 15, 2015, a resident and taxpayer of our town raised concern over the water coming out of their tap – because of coloration. Per report, PAGWAD claims that coloration was due to ‘flushing’ – a response that is always cited as the excuse or answer to people’s reaction to seemingly dirty water coming out of tap.

    I would like to reiterate to he LWUA office – is there postivit feedback from officials of PAGWAD or even the municipal leadership of the mayor of Pagsanjan or her acting chief of the town – while she is taking those out-of-town and out-of-country trips?

    Good day!

    I am a college student currently residing in San Mateo Rizal. I have received a great service from your administration that’s why I would like to take some of your time in answering the following questions:

    1. In a scale of 10, with 10 as the highest and 1 as the lowest, what is the level of efficiency in the performance of your mandated duty?

    2. What are the hindrances during the actual performance of your implementations of the programs of the administration?

    3. What are those things that you urgently need to improve performance?

    4. What help do you expect from people especially to students like us?

    5. What do you think is the greatest accomplishment of your administration which is not provided in your website?

    It would be great to know your answers to these questions for these would help us know the things that your agency need in providing a better service. Please continue providing a safe water supply for the whole country. Thank you and may God bless you.

    Respectfully yours,
    Roselle May Suela

    Sir/Madam:

    I have sent a complaint letter to Mr. Nestor Villasin, the General Manager of Leyte Metropolitan Water District (LMWD)here in Tacloban City, last April 28, 2014.
    This is in connection with the water billing under Bill. no. 201453581 showing the following detail;
    Current Bill —– P148.50
    Arrears —– 757.35
    10% surcharge —– 14.85
    Total bill/amount p920.00
    Our water connection was installed sometime on the 4th week of October, 2013 and unfortunately, Typhoon Yolanda hit the region on November 8, destroying the water lines including our lines in our barangay 86,San Jose, Tacloban City.
    But even before the typhoon Yolanda ravaged the region, the services of LMWD is very disgusting for the following reasons;
    1. the flow of water from the faucets is only trickles/drops of water. There is normal and regular flow of water.
    2. There is only only water line in our barangay, considering that there are more than 200 homes in the barangay.
    Going back to my billing, May I now request that my consumption billing be evaluated and checked because of the following:
    1. No consumption was made from the day water connection was installed on the 4th day of October 2013 to march 2014. Why should I pay water consumption when there was no consumption of water from the said period.
    2. Consumption was made only from March 14, 2014 to April 2014 with billing amount of P148.50.
    In view of this, I would like to request form your office to communicate to the LMWD of Tacloban City to adjust fair computation of the consumption and how it was arrived at that amount.
    3. There was zero consumption for the month of November, December, 2013, and January to March 2014.
    May I seek your assistance :
    1. That LMWD to install another line in our barangay so that there shall be normal and regular flow of water in our area.
    I hop you would understand our situation. Hoping for your consideration and appropriate action. Thank you.
