    Hi!

    Been calling to your tel# pero walang sumasagot po.! I just want to complain about the machine po sa LRT 1 Gil Puyat station, when I enter the 100 peso bill unto the machine bigla lang sya naglogged then exit na agad at hindi nagload sa card ko yung amount na hinulog ko, then when I go to the teller she is asking for a receipt but I insisted na hindi naglabas nag resibo yung machine, then after 3x na paulit ulit kong sinabi un kasi sa paulit ulit nyang kinukuha sakin yung resibo bigla nya sinabi äko po yung magbbigay ng resibo”then I asked when is the receipt po if ikaw yung magbibigay ng resibo sakin.. Nagpa fill up sya ng form then tinanong ko kelan ko sya pwede makuha o maload sa card ko, sabi nya after 7 working days pa, then I asked her “so by monday pwede ko na efollow up”she then replied “hindi nga po mam kasi 7 working days”then sinabi ko eexplain mo sakin yung 7 working days mo she then replied “tuesday, wed., thurs., fri, monday, tue. and wed”so I just tought you were mondays to sundays open because you were in an operation field., I also just want a valid reason kung bakit 7 working days pa ang aabutin para mabalik yung amount na un, bakit ganun katagal???? please give an explanation about this matter and I want to get the amount /money back or gusto ko maload sya sa beep card ko. Please help po. I have the receipt po copy of carbonized receipt po, upon checking po yung resibo ko po dto may nakasulat na so meaning may nauna pa pala sakin na may aberya na yung machine, the question is bakit hindi nila nilagyan ng warning yung machine po??? I want a valid and acceptable reason, I am not after the money kahit next week ibalik ok lang sana, pero gusto ko nga kalinawan sa operation or sa process bakit ganun katagal??? An the staff is not apologetic, and not that good in assisting the customer po. Please give me the direct contact# of the LRT 1 po for complaints.
