Saan po bang govt agency magreport ng mga private vehicle na walang garahe. Nakapark lang po ang sasakyan sa kalye ng isang subdivision na kung minsan naka double parking pa at wala madaanan ang ibang sasakyan. Salamat po

I have always been praising LTO Calamba for its efficiency, fast transactions, and policy of non-toleration of fixers. However, my experience registering my vehicle this afternoon impels me to tell a different story. For decades, I have been transacting with this office but it was only this afternoon that I tried using my PWD card to be in a PWD lane. I humbly asked the security guard if there was such a lane and if I was qualified for it. The security guard answered in the affirmative telling me that I should have a photocopy of my PWD card first. After photocopying my card, I sat in the waiting area and was told to proceed directly to the cashier at Window 6. At Window 6, the cashier asked me a barrage of questions such as If I owned the vehicle, if I owned the card, and what kind of disability I had. He asked me these questions in a sarcastic tone and on the microphone for everyone in line to hear. I calmly answered all his questions. After seeing him smirk, I showed him my damaged hand to show proof of my orthopedic disability. Still, on the microphone, he then laughed and exclaimed that I was capable of falling in line with the non-PWDs. I did get the official receipt of vehicle registration but only after the humiliation. Setting aside the insults that I suffered from your employee’s hand, may I just clarify with LTO Calamba if my PWD card and disabled hand were not enough for me to be in the PWD lane? If they were not enough, would you please provide in public, for the benefit of your PWD clients, a list of specific disabilities or damaged body parts that a PWD may have for him/her to be considered for the PWD lane?
