    HELLO LTFRB 5!

    Sir/Madam:

    Greetings!

I just would like to ask the necessary process and requirements for public transportation to have legal unloading area.

I am one of the daily commuters who rode on a van and tricycles and work at the Regional Site offices of Legazpi City. As PWD, trikes after the van is more comfortable to me and maybe to other PWDs too. However, since there are only two (2) unloading areas, most trike drivers took advantage of the situations asking always for special rides if not with attitude because they are not used to pick up passengers along the road especially if they are on the line at the terminal.
It is difficult to argue to the trike drivers most of the time especially to a PWD like me. They charged PhP 50.00 from terminal to DepED ROV and if it is at Pepperland, some charge PhP 60.00 and others charged PhP 70.00.
Anent to this, I communicated via text to Hon. Coun. Baldo. He informed me that your office will provide a better and safer unloading area for commuters which we hope to happen soon especially that the prices of commodities are swiftly rising which truly affects the budget of every citizen.
Hoping to hear a response from your good office. Thank you!

    Respectfully yours,

    Ma. Gina Surles
