    Hello po ,Gusto ko lang po sanang iconcern yung BATANGAS – MABACONG Terminal .Hindi po ako studyante at minsan lang po ako sumakay ng dyip dahil po may motor kami pero everytime na sasakay ako at may makakasabay akong estudyante specially araw ng sabado at linggo .Laging sinasabi ng barker o yung nangongolekta ng bayad is ” WALA NAMANG PASOK NGAYON” LINGGO NGAYON WALANG PASOK ” HOLIDAY NGAUN WALANG PASOK”

    The fare discount granted under this Act shall be available during the entire period while the student is enrolled, including weekends and holidays: Provided, That, in a case where a promotional fare, as approved by the concerned regulatory agency, is granted by a public transportation utility operator, the student shall have the option to choose between the promotional fare and the regular fare less the discount as provided under this Act.

    Maari pong wala pa akong studanteng bata na nagcocomute ngayon .Pero sana po maipatupad ang batas na ito para sa mga ongoing students na minsan sakto lang ang pamasahe.Please po .Masyado pa pong matapang yung barker .Pag nageexplain kung ano ano pa sinasabi.’

    Plate #: VDN 783 or VON 783 medyo madilim na kasi kaya di ko masyado maaninag ung plate number..
    I raised my complain sa LTFRB Central Office, they gave me 4 na telephone numbers to reach you out, yet di ko po kayo macontact..
    This is the whole story to what just happened last night..
    Napaaway pko sa jeep buset na driver yan..Gago ba naman ung driver, pagbayad ko pamasahe sabi ko country lang po sumakay ako sa palapala terminal..
    Nakatatlong beses akong nagsabi ng sukli abay parang walang naririnig ung last na sabi ko napalakas ako sabi kasi kung di ko lalakasan iignore na naman ako manu man lang magsabi saglit lang po, kaya sabi ko Kuya ung sukli po country lang ung bente, abay sagot ba naman sumigaw din sabi ba naman di makapaghintay ng sukli, sabi ko nga paulitulit na po akong sabi ng sabi parang wala kang naririnig, tsaka inabot masama pa loob, papababain pako abay namimili ka pasahero di pwede ung ganyan..
    Umandar tapos bago ako bumaba sabi ba naman oh bumaba ka na mukhang pera, sagot ko naman gago ka ah..
    Sabi pa sasagot ka pa eh, aba natural gago ka magsalita eh.. minura pa ko, sabi ko mas puta ka.. sukli lang hinihingi ko kung anu anu sinasabi mo.. gago.. ung mga kasabay ko ganun din sabi sa driver.. pinicturan ko nga ung plate number pagbaba ko..Kung di VON 783 yan, VDN 783 medyo malabo kasi ung kuha at madalian ung shot at gabi na..Ung point ko lang kasi dun, though maliit na halaga ung sukli abay nagtetake adavantage sila kung di pa uulit ulitin hanggang sa makalimutan ng ibigay ung sukli, sukli lang hinihingi ko abay kung anu anu sinabi, gago ba naman..Cguro kung malaking tao din ako, di ganun yung gagong driver na yun, nangangaya ng pasahero eh..Abay minura ko din, kakadaan ko pa lang naman simbahan linggong linggo napamura ba naman ako dahil dun sa gagong yun..
    Hoping na meron po kayong gagawing aksyon sa behaviour ng driver po na ito, dahil kung hindi madami pang babastusin at kakayankayanin na pasahero yan driver po na yan..

    Complaint regarding sa senior citizen discount given was php20 from the php300 regular fare charge, of travel from Calapan port to Roxas, Oriental Mindoro. UV Express van AAK 2255. No ticket fare was given dahil nga UV Express van.
    Travel date: Saturday- April 29, 2023.
    Complainant is Jocelyn Marciano; 61y/o of Bagumbayan, Roxas Oriental Mindoro.
    Thus my concern.

    Magandang araw po,
    Nais ko po sana magreport tungkol sa minimum fare at presyo ng pasahe. Mga byaheng LIPA-CALAMBA/ TANAUAN-CALAMBA xna ang kanilang singil sa oasahe ay 15pesos minimum at 5 pesos karagdagan kilometro. Sana po ay maaksyunan nio po. Salamat po

      yes po.. ang makiling to calamba ang singil po nila gang ngayon ay 25 pesos pdn.. singil po nila yan nung pandemic n iilan lng sana ang pasahero pro ngaun po ay sobra n nila masiksik ang pasahero nila gang may makitang kaunting soace talagang ipipilit ng mga driver kahit p nakikita nilang hnd n tlg kasya n pahulog n ang lwet ng pasahero. s dalas ko po n palage sumasakah ng jip pa calamba iisang jip lng po ang nakitaan ko n my nakakabit n new fare guide n base po duon ay 17.50 lng dpt ang pamasahe ng makiling to calamba depende po kung san s makiling sumakay o bababa.. kapag s skul po ay 15.50.. my mga nakasabay ako mnsan mga estudyante sunakay ng turbina baba ng skul ng makiling ang binayad po ay 15 pesos ang isa hindi n po sinusuklian ng driver. kapag po my sumasakay ng jip s calamba at magtatanong ng pamasahe pa turbina ang singil po nila ay 20 pesos n sana ay minimum lng. kada taas po ng pamasahe gaya ng minimum fare ay ang bilis ng mga driver magbandera ng malalaking paskil s jip nila ng 12 pesos minimum fare pero ang bagong fare guide nila ay hindi nila maibandera. s arw arw ko pong pgsakay ng jip iisang beses p po ako nakakita ng jip n my nakakabit n fare guide at maski nga po my nakalagay sila new fare guide ay sobra sobra pdn po sila maningil, hindi po nila sinusunod ang nsa fare guide n base po s nakita ko ay october 03, 2022 p po ang effectivity date.. sana po ay mapansin nyo ang aming hinaing at maakstunan ang mga jeepney driver n sobra sobra maningil ng pamasahe especially po ang mga bumabyahe ng lipa/tanauan-calamba.. lahat nmn po tau ay apektado ng pagtaas ng mga bilihin paano nmn po ang mga minimum wage n klngan sumakay ng jeep arw arw n sisingilan nila ng sobra sobra

    Magandang araw po gusto ko lang pong humingi ng certification na walang na-issue na prankisa sa akin noong 2014, noong panahon na yon ako po ay nagapply sa DTI ng Transfort Service in the name MIJOS TRANSFORT SERVICES para po makapagapply ng prankisa sa office ninyo kaya lang fake pala yong inapplyan ko nagbayad ako ng 20,000 paunang bayad , dahil kailangan daw ng DTI para sa pagaaply ng francise ang sasakyan ko noon ay Toyota HI Ace model 2005 hindi po naka pangalan sa akin subalit ito po ay nabenta na noong 2016, nagulat lang po ako bakit ako pinadalhan ng SSS para sa inaplay ko sa DTI, kaya kung puede po akong makahingi ng certification na wala akong naapplyan na prankisa noong 2014. Yong certification po na hihingin ko ay i attached ko sa SSS para po hindi ako i-bill.

    Kindly be informed that we have already addressed this concern through LTFRB Main office Webpage but advised us to directly address to your regional office. This pertains the present situation amid Covid-19 pandemic wherein, PUV drivers here in Dasmariñas, Cavite have not received any cash assistance thru Social Amelioration Program. We understand the new approach being implemented which was assigned to DSWD as the in-charge agency to lead the distribution of said SAP. Your agency and Land Bank being tasked to help DSWD in it’s purpose, we know you are the proper agency to deal with. Few regional offices have released the list of drivers from their respective data base and even cash assistance for that matter while your office have yet to act. What we are asking now is the release of names of drivers so as, those drivers who are not included and or not listed in your database have time to prepare for other options to be able to receive cash assistance from the national government. We understand that drivers having not undergone driver’s academy seminar are automatically not in your database thus, these drivers should be given form to fill out, as soon as, possible. Remember, the lockdown is exactly one month already thus adversely affecting the entire nation especially those informal workers like drivers and no more enough food on the table to eat. We hope for your immediate attention on this matter.

    I am Mr. Carlito Ursal the operator of PUV with plate number DXJ 225.

    I send this letter to your good office regarding on my concern with PANTAWID PASADA .

    Last December 2019, you gave an allowance amounting 20, 000.00 for all unit.

    We expect that our unit will also having the said allowance but upon checking on balance of our ATM, there’s no debited amount on our account.

    Please check our account why there’s no allowance debited on our account and what the reason why we didn’t received the said amount.

    The PANTAWID PASADA is very important to us and it help so much for supplying diesel of our PUV.

    I hope this letter will help us to received the amount for our pantawid pasada.

    Gus2 ko po ireport PUJ plate# DXE 829 Byaheng Batangas Capitolio na sinakyan ko December 12, 2018 nung humihingi ako ng sukli ay eksaktong sinabi nya na “Hindi pa daw dinedeklara ang pagbababa ng pamasahe” Sinuklian nya ako ng piso pero nakipaggigil pa sakin.
