Hello ma’am/Sir, I would like to file a complaint regarding the jeepney driver with plte number AVB 569 due to his improper behavior while driving and the way he talks to his passenger. Last monday November 7 around 7:00 in the evening, while traveling from sanfernando to luna, this driver were having video calls while driving that lasted for minutes. Most of my co-passenger were worried and some got angry of what he’s doing. We told him to refrain but still he went again. He had this video call when we were at sanjuan town proper road then had it again when we were in brgy paraoir. i forgot to record his first video call due to our anger so i only recorded the second. Aside from this, he was also very discourteous toward his passenger when communicating and most of his passenger is “nailalampas ng malayo sa dapat na bababaan dahil hirap xa makarinig. When we are around Brgy Barrientos area before the town plaza, he was also caught smoking while driving and so we got really mad of him. I hope such kind of behavior must be apprehended. Your immediate action on this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Sir please give preferential attention to the fare of bus/mini buses at Laoag-Vigan route. Conduktors asks 100 pesos fro Laoag to the town of Sinait which is only 50 km distance. All class of passengers are asked to pay same amount not acknowledging discounts for PWD, Senior Citizens and students which is a violation of your regulations. Said very high fare is based in the 50% allowable capacity during the surge of pandemic which should not be the case since 100% capacity and even more since many passengers are standing.
Justifiable fare rate should be observed. Thank you so much for your anticipated concern.
