    hi good day po..gusto ko lang po malaman kung paano at san ko po pwede ilapit yung problema ko sa nabili kong lupa sa st mary homes subd.sa subic.
    fully paid kona po kasi noong 2014 pa tapos hangang ngayun dipa din nila binibigay lahat ng mga requirements para sa pagtransfer po ng pangalan ng titulo.
    maraming beses na po akong nagpabali- balik ng office ng LGTM na may hawak ng property tapos nakausap kona din po yung mismong may ari pero parang wala po silang pakialam sa problema.

    kumuha kc ako ng unit sa st joseph homes calamba na pagmamay ari ng p.a. alvarez properties. nung nagpatawag ang pag ibig ng seminar to fill up and sign the buyers conformity, dun lng po nalaman na ang subdivision pala na to ay katabi ng landfill o bundok ng basura kaya po ang baho sa site lalo na pag tag ulan, DI DAW PO SILA MAGREREFUND PAG NAG BACK OUT ANG BUYER KASI NASA CONTRACT TO SELL DAW PO UN, eh ang sakin nman wala problema dun kung ang buyer ang may problema, e ang problema ay nasa developer. possible pa po kaya na ma refund ung binayad ko sa equity kasi npka valid nman ng reason eh, sino po ba ang may gusto tumira sa isang subdivision na ang katabi ay bundok po ng basura? di ba wala nman po ata. if possible na ma refund pa po un, please help me on what to do, thank you po

      Gud pm po, may tanong lng po ako kumuha po kami ng townhouse po tapos nagbayad kami 5% of 2,880,000 spot cash po yun tapos remaining 15% payable with in 22 months po in short po rent to own after nabayaran po namin 20% po dapat the remaining 80% thru bank financing po dapat po cla po ang magprocess thru bak po kaso pinabayaan po kami kaya kami ang naglakad po sa bank dapat magstart na po kami thru bank last nov 8, 2016 kaso matagal ang bank magprocess po til march hindi pa po tapos , question po pinadalhan po kami ng demand letter ng developer po kc daw delayed na daw payment namin sbi pakiantay po kc yung bank di pa tapos, gusto kc ng developer magbayad na kami thru in house financing na hindi kami pumayag kc nga mataas interest nila gusto namin sa bank at until now hinihintay namin approval ng bank, tanung po maforfiet po ba payment namin pp

    Sir/Madam
    Can you please help us with regards to our problem with New San Jose Builders. We bought a condominium unit at Isabelle de Valenzuela at Valenzuela City year 2010. Their agent have told us back then that the Association Dues will only commence upon “moving in” since the unit was bare and not yet fit to live in. We were surprised upon “moving in” our association bills had ballooned and we were billed much,much earlier than expected.Worst, to compel us to pay the Dues, our water supply has been deliberately cut off. We hesitate to pay the pre-moving in association fees that was billed to us because we expect New San Jose Builders would uphold what he had oriented to his sales agents to us that Association Fees would commence upon “moving in”. I think this is a misrepresentation and we feel cheated on this situation. Under PD 957- Subdivision and Condominium Buyer’s Protective Decree- Buyers of Condo Projects are protected against Misrepresentation of developers,sellers, operators. Should we pay the Association Fees that we were not supposed to pay as promoted and promised before?
    Looking forward for your response to enlighten us with this issue.

    After ko maka-connect, nilipat naman ako sa ibang telephone number, Dahil ibang concerns daw ang hawak ng ale na sumagot sa akin. Yun pala not in service naman ng tawagan ko. Hay! Ano ba itong Gobyerno ng Pilipinas? Ang Hirap ipaglaban ang rights mo?? Dahil pinagtataguan tayo ng dapat magbigay sa at in ng proteksyon. Duterte Government na tayo! Dapat bago na….

    Ano ba itong HLURB? Goyerno Ito di ba?? Kaya ba sobrang Hirap makontak?? Nakailang tawag na ako, Kung hindi busy ring Lang ng ring!! Ayaw paistorbo!!! Paano na ang mga concern namin if Hindi ma- address???
