  1. hi mayroon lang sana ako tanong my passbook ako na process noon augt. dyan sa Davao at ang advise o nla na poyde ko na kunin pero sa HK. ako nag apply bale dalawa ang pagibig ko na kinuha ang isa yon ang inapply ko sa housing pero kong poyde ko ba makuha dhel sabi nla na poyde na dhel maturity na sya dhel almost 5years pero kong d nyo ibigay na cast poyde nyo ba na ibayad sa principal ko dhel naga bayad din ako nang principal every month na 7,000 so yong pera ko dyan is 7,000 din so kong poyde na yan na ang ibayad ko sa principal this month September I awlays pa3rd week of the month, so please kong mabasa nyo ito sulat ko poyde nyo ba na mag reply so I can know is it oky, and I need to the recient please, Thanks very much (to my concern) JUDITH MONDIJAR BADINAS)


    I am a Pag-ibig member for more than 12 years now, but i avail the MPL 3 years ago..(if im not mistaken)Can i still avail the calamity Loan?

    Dapat at kailangan ko pong ipa-hold iyong lot loan na pinaprocess ng kapatid ko na gumagamit sa pangalan ko bago ko pa nalalaman na she’s using my name. Kaya paki-hold lang sa application nya kasi wala yong pahintulot sa akin. At tanong ko din pwede ba yon mangyayari na maka-loan yong isang tao na hindi alam ng isang miyembro.

    Ito po ay utos ko sa inyo kung maari huwag nyong e-release yong lot loan. Kasi hindi po ako nag-apply at hindi ako SIGNED sa application. Pino-forge nila yong signature ko. Kaya dapat meron ID kayong reference sa mga taong nag-apply ng loan

      Your post caught my attention, though I am not the right person to reply to this. I think there is a more appropriate site to air your concern. This issue you just raised must be brought to the attention of PAG-IBIG authorized personnel immediately through their official website and/or you can go to the nearest PAG-IBIG office in Mandaue. You can check their website for the closest PAG-IBIG center in your place and their contact numbers.

      try to contact PAG-IBIG through this website: http://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph

      then at the right side of the screen, you will find “Contact Us”. Click in and it will direct you to the page where you can email them directly. They usually answer simple queries after an hour, but if the case is as grave (if I may use the term) as this one, expect their answer for around 3 to 10 days. I assure you, though, that they answer emails because I’ve tried them not just once.

      So, good luck to you. I hope your concern reaches them on time. I’ll seriously pray for your case. I can’t imagine my benefits getting used up just because somebody forged my signature.
