I am one of the parent (s) whose children are studying in a private school when COVID 19 struct our country, leading to declaration of ECQ, resulting to no-classes in school, even commencing earlier in March 2020, and per last declaration of the President, to last UNTIL15 May 2020.

I have the following questions, which I believe other parents also have:

    1. I paid in FULL the tuition and other fees of my children, if the school will NO longer hold classes, What happened to the school services parents paid for, that has not been delivered/rendered by the school?

    2. How about tours or field trips collected by the school, which were cancelled, will said fees/amount be reimbursed?

    3. A lot of private school came up with the so called “classes through internet, can the school “apply” said fees they collected to said “internet classes”, WHEN they still have “undelivered services”, and; fees/amount that they have NOT reimbursed or returned to the parents?

KINDLY address this, I am telling DEPED, a lot (more than 50%) of the private schools are doing this.

Pleasant morning! I am one of the proud parents of grade V pupils here in Esperanza Central School, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat. I talked with the classroom adviser of my son regarding the books borrowed from him that resulted to my son’s back pains every time he reached home in the afternoon. I tried to convince the teacher adviser to give consideration of the health of my son and allow to leave the books in the classroom when there is no homework that needs book BUT sad to say he firmly stand on his verbal classroom policy. I even promised to provide a presentable box that fit only for the books so that this will be kept properly. I FAILED TO CONVINCE THE TEACHER ADVISER. I AM ASKING THE INTERVENTION OF THE AUTHORITY TO FIX OUR PROBLEM WITH THE TEACHER ADVISER. THE HEALTH OF MY CHILD IS MORE THAN HIS EDUCATION.

  12. Correction to my previous comment…in just a span of less than 3 months (June-Sept.)

  13. Good day, I just want to ask about the rules of the Deped office regarding the absences of a teacher (public) if he/she have a number of absences ( few days, then straight 1 week, straight 2 weeks and finally a leave) in just a span of less than 3 weeks leaving the students with no supporting or a replacement teacher on his/her behalf? My 2nd concern, is it possible that the log in/log out of teachers be changed into a more proficient system like using a biometric/thermal machine with their thumb for the log in/log out so as to ensure authenticity of their attendance. Thank you and looking forward to your answer.
