    Hi, I lost my telephone line since June 26 and up to now has not gotten it back. Customer support has not been that helpful either. I called up last night and was forwarded to special support team. A certain, Angelo, told me that a technician will check and go to my house today, July 1 in the morning to check on this. However, no one has called me nor came up to this time and it is already 12:26pm. Imagine, paying for a service that you do not get to enjoy!!!!!!!!! I am now here at the internet cafe. WHY??????????!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot understand. My line was active according to the CSR so what is the problem? DO ACT ON THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LIVE IN PROJ. 3, QUEZON CITY. I NEED MY CONNECTION BACK AS I WORK ONLINE AND I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE A MEETING WITH MY CLIENT TODAY.

    Wala padin kaming dial tone and Internet dito sa area namin, mag isang linggo na! Nag bayad naman kami ng advance! At may mga importante pa naman kaming call overseas! Ano na??! Leveriza, Malate Area kami

    hello bayantel kaka receive ko lang ngayon po ng bill. sa billing statement naka lagay ay 2 months nahindi nakabayad sa katunayan nag pay po kami last april 4, 2018 for march 21 biling.. anong email nyo po para doon ko po ma attached ang receipt..ty

    Gudpm, bayantel update naman po yun landlibe namin 4542004 under po sa name ng mother ko Imelda Melevo isang lingo na po mahigit walang dial tone at internet connection nagkaron nung mon nawala rin sya agad ng net please nmn paki ayos naman po at puntahan yun lugar namin kasi ilan beses na po namin sya itinawag para po ifollow up. Thanks. pag wala pa rin po kayong update ipapaputol nalang po namin.

    Bayantel, terminated na po yung account namin ng bayandsl plan pero ndi pa namin narereciv yung termination letter. Continous parin yung narereciev naming billing account. Since nov. 23 ay nawaln na kami ng internet at sabi niyo may problem sa area namin (Batasan Hils QC), kaya tuluyan na kaming nag paterminate kasi walang aksyon. Please follow up ko lang po na ma settle na po ang problem namin. Thanks.

      may lekramo po kami sa connection namin kasi pinutol ninyo ang connection nmin dahil hindi namin nabayaran ang January 2018 nga billing namin, paano po namin mabayaRAN yon na hindi naman namin natanggap ang billing, pagka february nakatanggap kami nag billing w/ 1 month arears, w/ due date February 24, 2018. we paid our obligation February 22, 2018. but until today February 24, 2018. we cannot out going call. please do immediate response. at saka laging late ang billing ninyo. sana maaga ninyong ibigay ang billing para ma issuehan namin nang cheque agad.

    Hello bayantel, ano po bang problema sa bayantel im from quezon city sandigang bayan wala po akong internet for about 3 days na po, kung wala po kayong problema please mag padala naman sana kayo ng technical support here, 3 days na kaseng walang internet.

    nagpasa na po ako ng requirements para sa termination ng account.
    ask lang po,bakit hindi pa na terminate?since October 25,2017 pa po yun.
